Hola, I’m Berenice.
I am a Biotechnologist and Nutritional Therapist Practitioner, focused on Gut Health.
I’ve been where you are—struggling with digestive issues, eczema, and feeling like my body was failing me. For years, I tried to mask the symptoms with quick fixes, but nothing truly healed me. It wasn’t until I began to listen to my body and applied foundational principles —focusing on nutrient-dense food, blood sugar regulation, stress management, sleep, and digestion—that I found real change and began healing.
My journey led me to deepen my knowledge in Nutritional Therapy. As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the NTA, I focused on how the body’s innate ability to heal can be supported by proper nourishment and lifestyle practices. I also specialized in gastrointestinal health by completing Mastering the Art of Gastrointestinal Healing certification through Restorative Wellness Solutions.
Now, my mission is simple: to guide and support you on your healing journey. Your body has the incredible ability to heal itself, and together, we’ll uncover the root cause of your symptoms and start the path to a healthier, happier you!
